Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. This is called the right of withdrawal. Once you have informed us of your decision, you have another 14 days to return the product .

  • Order number
  • Reason for return (optional)
  • Photos of the product if there is a defect or damage.

Step 1: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging. Make sure the product is undamaged, unused, and complete.
Step 2: Create a trackable shipping label through your chosen carrier.

• Return costs: You will be responsible for the costs of returning a product, unless:
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was delivered incorrectly.
• Disclaimer: Shadeflair is not responsible for loss or damage to returns. Please ensure you use an insured and traceable shipping method.
• Refund: Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund your purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days .

Exceptions to Returns

Some items are not eligible for returns and refunds:

• Products of a personal nature (such as hygiene products)
