1. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Once you've informed us of your decision, you have another 14 days to return the product.

2. How do I return my product?
Step 1: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging. The product must be undamaged, unused, and complete .
Step 2: Create a trackable shipping label through your chosen carrier.

3. Important information

Return costs: The costs of return shipping are for the customer, unless:
- The product was delivered defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- Disclaimer: ShadeFlair is not responsible for loss or damage of returns. Therefore, always use an insured and traceable shipping method .
- Refund: After receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund your purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days .
4. Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made products
- Products of a personal nature (e.g. hygiene products)
- Products outside the 14-day return period
