At ShadeFlair, we ensure your products are shipped directly from our supplier to you. This not only reduces transportation and storage costs but also contributes to lowering CO₂ emissions. This allows you to choose a more sustainable and responsible way of consuming, without compromising on quality or service.

Our average delivery time is 5–12 business days , with a processing time of 1–3 business days .

1. Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days .
  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday in our distribution center and shipped as soon as they are ready.

2. Delivery Time & Possible Delays

We aim to deliver 98% of our orders within 5–12 business days . In exceptional cases, delivery time may be up to 15 business days due to factors such as:

  • Peak periods
  • Public holidays
  • Customs procedures
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Other logistical challenges

3. Free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium

We offer free shipping to all customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, with no minimum order quantity. No hidden fees – what you see is what you pay!

4. Check your delivery details

Please ensure your delivery information is complete and correct. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or loss of your package. ShadeFlair is not responsible for errors in address information entered by customers.

5. Cancellation of your order

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed, as we immediately start processing and shipping.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt . For multiple products, the return period begins on the day the last product is received.

6. Problems with delivery?

Follow these steps:

  1. Check the Track & Trace information (sometimes a package arrives later).
  2. Please contact the delivery service if your package was delivered incorrectly or elsewhere.
  3. No solution? Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the delivery notification at info@shadeflair.nl .

We will then initiate an investigation with the delivery service. This may take some time, but we will do our best to find a solution.

7. Package not accepted or not collected

If a package is not accepted or collected and is returned to us:

  • First reshipment: Free.
  • Second shipment: €8,- shipping costs.

8. Track your order

  • Track & Trace information is usually available within 1–3 working days .
  • It may take up to 7 days for updates to become visible.
